Biography

Certified Public Accountant, Eduardo is part of the original Senior Level management team that secured the long-term P3 concession agreement for the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport. As the comptroller and finance director of Aerostar, his main areas of development and achievements include, Sarbanes Oxley implementation, private equity experience, due diligence, startup operations, USGAAP and IFRS reporting, compliance, and Oracle Business Suite implementation oversight. He has an MBA in finance, a Juris Doctor, and a BBA in Accounting and Information Systems with a Minor in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Before Aerostar, Eduardo served in different capacities at el Grupo Ferré Rangel (corporate conglomerate with over 10 companies and $300 million in sales). During its 12 years with the Organization, Eduardo worked with multiple sister companies, primarily as director of finance and accounting. The companies ranged from manufacturing with complex cost accounting structures to service and call center operations with highly sophisticated cost structures and performance KPIs.
